Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi - Shimla (370 Kms 9 Hrs)
On Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station our representative will receive you. Drive to Shimla. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla - Kufri - Shimla
After breakfast explore Shimla City. Visit Jakhu temple and Kufri. Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters just an hour’s drive from Shimla. In the evening Visit Ridge & Mall Road, Scandal Point, Kali Bari, Gaiety Theater. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali - Via Manikaran and Kullu Valley
After breakfast you will proceed by road to Manali (274 Kms/ 7 Hrs). On the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Vaishno Devi Temple. Kullu, Manikaran and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 4: Manali - Rohtang Pass ( Up to snow line ) Rohtang is closed on Tuesday
After breakfast proceed towards Rohtang snow Point 51 km from Manali at an altitude of 3978 meters and on the way back from snow point visit Solang Valley and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 5: Manali Local
After breakfast visit “ Hadimba temple”. It was built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof; it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “ Club House” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink. An auditorium, billiards rooms, a library. A bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day. Tibetan Monastery. Van Vihar, and “ Vashisth” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 6: Manali - Dharamshala ( 235 km )
After breakfast travel by surface from Manali to Mc Leodganj (Dharamshala). On arrival check in at hotel. Evening half day city tour visiting Dal Lake. Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Dharamshala - Dalhousie (143 Km )
After breakfast leave for Dalhousie, visit Mc Leodganj, Naddi, Dal Lake and transfer to Dalhousie check in hotel overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie
After breakfast full day sightseeing first drive to Subash Bowli then to Khajjiar via Bakrota hills and Lakkarmandi reach Khajjiar full day excursion, Evening visit mall road overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Dalhousie - Delhi (302 Km)
After breakfast drive towards Delhi. Approx. 12 hrs. journey. Reach Delhi Drop at Railway Station/Airport.

1. Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
2. Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth \execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5. Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: -
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
