Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi – Manali
Distance: - 570 km/12-14Hrs.
Meal:- Dinner
Arrive at Delhi Airport / Railway Station where our representative will receive you and take you to Manali. En-route admires the vibrant night life of cities and picturesque landscapes of Himachal. Reach Manali by evening & check into the hotel for a relaxing .Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 2: Manali Local Sightseeing
Meal:- Breakfast & Dinner
Upon reaching Manali Bus Stop, meet our representative who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. In afternoon head on for historic Hadimba Devi Temple & Vashisht Muni Temple Hot Water Spring. In evening roam in Manali local Market including Tibetan monastery. Dinner and Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3: Solang Valley ( Rohtang Up To Snow Line :- A per permissions from local authority)
Meal: - Breakfast & Dinner
Early morning, take a half day excursion to Snow Point (location of snow point will depend on local weather conditions, permissions from local authority, etc). On return, visit Solang Valley. You can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing, and Skiing (subject to snow) on direct payment basis by client.

Note: .Rohtang Pass as per the availability of the permits from local administration on Direct payment basis by client. :- Cost for Rohtang Is not Included in the packages.

Day 4: Manali– Dalhousie
Distance:- 345 km /9-10 Hrs
Meal :- Breakfast & Dinner
Today check out from the hotel head on for beautiful Dalhousie. After 9-10 hrs of an exotic ride reaches Dalhousie and check into the reserved hotel. Enjoy a heartily dinner and relaxing overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5: Dalhousie – Khajjiar– Dalhousie
After breakfast, take a day trip to Khajjiar which is also known as Mini Swizz of India. In Khajjiar, spend a heavenly time by sitting nearby the Khajjiar Lake which is situated in the midst of panoramic views. After enjoying your time return to Dalhousie Hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Day 6: Dalhousie- Delhi
Distance: - 565 Km/14-16 hrs
Meal: - Breakfast
After fresh up, check out from the Hotel return to Delhi. On your way back to Delhi enjoy the natural and the heart-touching beauty of Himachal Pradesh…..

IMPORTANT NOTE :- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE : -

1. Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
2. Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth \execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5. Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: -
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
