Detailed Itinerary

DAY 01:   Delhi – Manali (570 Kms) (Overnight Travel)
Distance: -  570 Km / 13- 14 Hours
Meal:-  No Meal
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to ISBT Kashmiri Gate,( on your own) at 5:00 pm .At sharp 5:30 Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel overnight by Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (13 – 14 Hours).

DAY 02: Manali Local City Tour (Half Day)
Meal:- Dinner
On arrival reach in Manali Volvo point meet and greet our representative and transfer to hotel check in to the hotel (Check in time 12 noon/earlier check in if rooms are available). After getting refresh and having rest go for half day city tour (after 2pm) visiting Hadimba Devi Temple (tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple is made by wooden temple is the located in middle of forest Van Vihar), Vashisth Village and Tibetan-Monastery. After sight seen back to hotel and drop there. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 03: Solang Valley (Rohtang Up To Snow Line: - As per permissions from local authority) Rohtang Closed On Tuesday
Meal : - Breakfast and Dinner
Early morning, take a Full day excursion to Snow Point (location of snow point will depend on local weather conditions, permissions from local authority, etc).  On return, visit Solang Valley. You can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing, and Skiing (subject to snow) on direct payment basis by client.
Note:-Rohtang Pass as per the availability of the permits from local administration on direct payment basis by client.

Day 04: Manali – Naggar – Kullu – Manali
Meal:- Breakfast and Dinner
Today morning after fresh up drive to Naggar and Kullu Valley sight seen. Naggar you can see Naggarcastle was built by the Raja Sidh Singh in the 16th century and was used as the royal residence and later as the state headquarters of the kingdom till the middle of the 17th century. Roerich Art Gallery: Nicholas Roerich was a Russian who settled down in the beautiful hills of the Himalayas after the revolution of 1917. He was a gifted painter, who dreamt of unifying the world through art. On arrival in Kullu you can do River Rafting (on your own expenses) and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Then visit Vaishno Devi Temple and local market. After sight seen back to hotel and drop there.

Day 05: Manali Volvo Point – Delhi
Meal:- Breakfast Only
Today morning after check out from your hotel and drive to Manali Volvo Point and drop there. Reporting time 4:00 Pm and Depart on 4:30 pm. Overnight journey and reach in Delhi Next morning.

IMPORTANT NOTE : -

1. Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
2. Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth \execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5. Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: -
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
