Detailed Itinerary

DAY 01: Delhi – Shimla
Distance: - 320 Km / 7- 8 Hours
Meal: Dinner
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train at meet and greet our representative and transfer to Shimla. On arrival reach in Shimla and drop to hotel.

DAY 02: Shimla – Kufri – Local – Shimla
Meal: Breakfast and Dinner
Today enjoy the local city tour of Shimla. Start off with the beautiful landscapes of Kufri and then head on for Advance Study &Jakhoo Temple. In evening enjoy a stroll on the Mall Road, The Ridge, Scandle Point, Lower Bazaar and LakkarBazzar. After sight seen back to hotel and drop there.

DAY 03: Shimla – Manali
Distance :- 260kms/ 7 - 8hrs
Meal: Breakfast and Dinner
Today after breakfast check out from your hotel and transfer to Manali. On the way you can see Sunder Nagar Lake, Hanogi Temple at Pandoh. On arrival reach in Manali and drop to hotel.

DAY 04: Manali – Local – Manali
Meal: Breakfast and Dinner
Today morning after breakfast drive to Manali Local city tour like Hadimba Devi Temple &Vashisht Rishi Temple Hot Water Spring, Tibetan monastery Van Vihar and Local Market. After sight seen back to hotel and drop there.

DAY 05: Solang Valley (Rohtang Up To Snow Line: - As per permissions from local authority)
Early morning, take a Full day excursion to Snow Point (location of snow point will depend on local weather conditions, permissions from local authority, etc). On return, visit Solang Valley. You can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing, and Skiing (subject to snow) on direct payment basis by client.

Note:- Rohtang Pass as per the availability of the permits from local administration on direct payment basis by client.

DAY 06: Manali – Delhi (Dropping)
Meal: Breakfast Only
Today morning after breakfast check out from your hotel and transfer to Delhi. On way you can see Kullu you can do River Rafting (on your own expenses) and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Then visit Vishnu Devi Temple and local market. After sight seen drive to Delhi and drop Railway/Airport.

IMPORTANT NOTE :- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE : -

1. Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
2. Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth \execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5. Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: -
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
